Standard Delivery
For standard delivery options, your orders will be delivered to the address you provide via Aras Kargo, with which we have a partnership. Shipping is free for orders of 350 EUR or more, while a 19.95 EUR shipping fee applies for orders below 350 EUR.
Order Status
Once your order is confirmed, the shipping information will be sent to you via email.
To learn more about the status of your order, you can log into the 'My Account' section and track your order under statuses such as 'Awaiting Confirmation,' 'Confirmed,' 'Shipped,' or by the shipment tracking number if it has been dispatched.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order by sending an email to support@jujumood.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. If your order has not been shipped yet, the cancellation will be processed. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return process.
